Expungement / Removal Request

If a record shown on CellHive has been expunged, sealed, or you believe it should be removed for another reason, submit this form. An administrator reviews every request and you will be notified of the outcome by email.

You will need to confirm your email. After you submit, we email you a link, and your request is only sent once you open it — within 24 hours. Members skip this step: sign in first and your request goes straight to review, with updates in the CellHive app.

One request at a time: while you have a request open, you can send another once it has been decided.

Prove it is you (optional)

If this record is about you, attaching a photo of your government ID lets us check it against the booking photo automatically, and your record is hidden from the site straight away while an administrator reviews the request. Without an ID your request is still reviewed — it just waits its turn.

Your ID is encrypted, is visible only to the site administrator, is never published, and is deleted as soon as your request is decided — and in any case within 14 days, whether or not anyone has reviewed it by then. To read the text on the card we send the image to Anthropic's Claude API, which is not permitted to train on it. We do not ask it to identify you — the photo comparison runs on our own server and never leaves it.
