Reward
The FBI is offering a reward of up to $150,000 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of Imer Gomez.
Caution
Imer Gomez is wanted for his alleged involvement in a Ponzi scheme in which he allegedly raised approximately $10 million from investors. From 2021 to 2024, Gomez allegedly solicited investments from more than 400 individuals through three of his companies, including Helios Venture Fund LLC and K&G Investment Solutions LLC, by portraying himself as a successful investment advisor and options trader. Gomez allegedly claimed that the funds he received from investors would be held in personalized portfolios and invested in the stock market. However, investor funds were not invested in the market, but instead were used for payments to other investors, personal expenditures, payments to family and friends, commissions and referral bonuses, and other business ventures. On July 16, 2025, a federal arrest warrant was issued for Gomez in the United States District Court, Western District of Texas, San Antonio, Texas, after he was charged with Wire Fraud.
