Charles Johnathen Harris is wanted for possessing child pornography in California. On March 2, 2023, a federal arrest warrant was issued for Harris in the United States District Court, Northern District of California, Oakland, California, after he was charged with Possession of Child Pornography. On April 4, 2023, Harris allegedly drowned in a boating accident in Suisun Bay, California. However, law enforcement officials believe the circumstances warrant further scrutiny, including the possibility that his death was staged. On April 21, 2023, a federal arrest warrant was issued for Harris in the United States District Court, Northern District of California, Oakland, California, after he was charged with Failure to Appear.
