Details
The FBI's Richmond Field Office is seeking information from the public regarding a bank robbery. On April 22, 2026, at approximately 9:36 a.m., an unknown male wearing a surgical mask entered the First Bank, 701 Virginia Avenue, Clarksville, Virginia, approached a teller, and demanded money. Although the suspect did not present a weapon, the teller observed a bulge in the suspect’s pocket and believed that he was armed with a firearm. The teller gave the suspect an undisclosed amount of money. The suspect then fled on foot towards the Watkins Cooper Lyon Funeral Home.
