On March 19, 2026, a federal arrest warrant was issued by the United States District Court for the District of Puerto Rico, San Juan, Puerto Rico, after Pujols-Sepulveda was charged federally with Possession of a Firearm by a Prohibited Person (Felon); Possession of a Machine Gun; Firearms Trafficking; and Possession with Intent to Distribute Cocaine Base.
