Victor Julian Duque is wanted for allegedly laundering narcotics proceeds of bulk cash in the United States. It is alleged that the narcotics proceeds were cleaned through fictitious businesses and then sent to Colombia. On October 22, 2025, a federal arrest warrant was issued for Duque in the United States District Court, Southern District of Florida, Miami, Florida, after he was charged with conspiracy to commit money laundering.
